Ensued his now notorious Bad Byron’s Butt Rub Barbecue Seasoning. It is great to use on its own sprinkled over your food (although do not expect much heat, this is all about flavour). Bad Byron’s Butt Rub BBQ seasoning is at its best when used as a marinade too as possibilities are endless. You can use honey, olive oil, crème fraiche, butter, Worcester sauce and many more condiments to take your food to another dimension altogether.
Firefoods Fire BBQ Hot Sauce is a real ray of sunshine in your kitchen. Firefoods have managed to produce a chilli sauce with a smoky, fragrant and extremely addictive flavour that will truly liven up your BBQ! The heat is medium to hot so it is a good medium to have for a wide range of people. We also found that Firefoods Fire BBQ Chilli Sauce works very well as a dip on its own, especially when coupled with Blair’s Death Rain range of chilli crisps!
